“Lampedusa siamo noi” è un film documentario sull’emergenza vissuta dall’Isola di Lampedusa tra Febbraio ed Aprile 2011, periodo di rilevanza storica per tutto il Mediterraneo, e non solo, dopo le rivoluzioni del Nord Africa, in cui sono arrivati migliaia di migranti, quasi tutti tunisini. Il documentario racconta quindi l’invasione subita dai lampedusani proprio attraverso le loro voci e le loro vite quotidiane.

“We are Lampedusa” is a documentary film on the emergency experienced by the Island of Lampedusa between February and April 2011, a period of historical importance for the entire Mediterranean and beyond, after the revolutions in North Africa, where thousands of migrants landed, mostly Tunisians. The documentary tells the invasion suffered by the people from Lampedusa just through their voices and their daily lives.
